The three-dimensional composite drainage net is a new type of geosynthetic drainage material. It is made by thermally bonding one or both sides of a three-dimensional drainage core with needle-punched nonwoven geotextiles.

The drainage core is mainly composed of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), with added anti-ultraviolet and antioxidant agents. It is produced through a special extrusion molding process to form a three-dimensional structure with drainage grooves.
The central HDPE ribs are larger and arranged longitudinally, creating straight drainage channels in the flow direction, while the lateral ribs are arranged in a crisscross pattern to enhance stability. This design ensures high drainage efficiency even under heavy loads.
When combined with geotextiles, the composite system forms an integrated structure that provides filtration, drainage, and protection functions—making it one of the most advanced and ideal drainage geosynthetic materials available today.

3D Composite Drainage Board Core Features

Innovative Material:
Three-dimensional composite drainage net is a new type of drainage geosynthetics, formed from a HDPE core layer between two needle-punched non-woven geotextiles.
Advanced Structure:
Three-dimensional thick vertical ribs enh ance durability. Inclined ribs on the top and bottom improve drainage efficiency. Moreover, it can endure high tensile strength, able to withstand
high-pressure loads for a long time (able to withstand compression loads greater than
3000kPa), and it features great corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, long service life, low cost, and convenient construction.
Efficient Water Management:
Three-dimensional composite drainage net can rapidly drain underground water, block
capillary water under high construction loads and maintain optimal thickness for enhanced    water conductivity, delivering strong drainage capacity (equivalent to one meter thick gravel drainage), effectively replace traditional sand and gravel systems.
Comprehensive Performance:
Three-dimensional composite drainage net has functions of filtration, drainage, ventilation, and protection. Meanwhile, it provides isolation for foundations and reinforces structural
integrity, which reduce the probability of geotextile embedding and maintain long-term stable hydraulic conductivity.
