Three-Dimensional Composite Drainage Net

Three-Dimensional Composite Drainage Net is a new type of drainage geosynthethic material, made by heat bonding and needle-punching geotextile fabric on one side or both sides of the three-dimensional drainage net core. The net core is primarily made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and added with a certain proportion of ultraviolet stabilizers and antioxidants, processed through special extrusion forming technology.

Its form is a three-dimensional structure with drainage grooves. The combination of the net core and geotextile fabric forms a complete "filter drainage protection," which is one of the most ideal drainage geotextile materials currently available.

    Innovative Material:

    Three-dimensional composite drainage net is a new type of drainage geosynthetics, formed from a HDPE core layer between two needle-punched non-woven geotextiles.

    Advanced Structure:

    Three-dimensional thick vertical ribs enhance durability. Inclined ribs on the top and bottom improve drainage efficiency. Moreover, it can endure high tensile strength, able to withstand high-pressure loads for a long time (able to withstand compression loads greater than 3000kPa), and it features great corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, long service life, low cost, and convenient construction.

    Efficient Water Management:

    Three-dimensional composite drainage net can rapidly drain underground water, block capillary water under high construction loads and maintain optimal thickness for enhanced water conductivity, delivering strong drainage capacity (equivalent to one meter thick gravel drainage), effectively replacin traditional sand and gravel systems.

    Comprehensive Performance:

    Three-dimensional composite drainage net has functions of filtration, drainage, ventilation, and protection. Meanwhile, it provides isolation for foundations and reinforces structural integrity, which reduce the probability of geotextile embedding and maintain long-term stable hydraulic conductivity.
