How is Geogrid Formed?
The shape of geogrids is generally a mesh-type sheet formed by polymer ribs in different directions. On the production line, a complete and thick-pored polymer sheet will be stretched along one or two intersecting axis directions under the machine, with the middle holes being pulled to become larger, forming a geogrid with evenly distributed ribs and holes.
How Dose Geogrid Work?
Geogrid presents a crisscrossed grid rib pattern on the horizontal plane. Its grid structure can fill engineering materials or backfill soil. These materials, confined by the grid, become more stable and less prone to sliding, which ensures a balanced proportion of filling materials per unit area of the entire foundation or road surface.
