Q: PP Geogrid Must NEVER Be Used?
Asphalt Pavement Overlay / Paving:
Reason: Asphalt mix is laid at temperatures exceeding 160°C, which will melt and deform PP geogrids.
Correct Product Choice: For asphalt paving, fiberglass geogrids or specially engineered high-temperature polyester geogrids must be used instead.
Q: PP Geogrid BEST Be Used?
When your project faces any of these four challenges—chemical corrosion, prolonged exposure to water, expectations of significant deformation, or complex topography. PP geogrids are generally the only viable or optimal solution to ensure long-term safety and durability.
