Nonwoven Staple Fiber Geotextile Display | PP/PET | Zhonglong
As a one-stop geosynthetics manufacturer, Sichuan Zhonglong Environmental Protection has its own nonwoven staple fiber geotextile production line. Zhonglong's staple fiber geotextile is made from PP or PET fibers as raw materials, which are combined through a continuous needle-punching process that compacts overlapping, making the loose staple fiber layers together. After repeated these steps, the geotextile becomes more dense and compact, and its numerous internal pores can allow gases and liquids to pass smoothly.

Meanwhile, the nonwoven geotextile features certain structural rigidity and elasticity, which provide support and protection for other geosynthetic materials in applications. Therefore, Sichuan Zhonglong also offers different geocomposite materials, such as composite geomembranes, three-dimensional composite drainage nets, GCL, GCCM, and so on.

Regarding raw material selection, Sichuan Zhonglong mainly produces staple fiber geotextiles by PP and PET as raw materials. The former offers excellent acid and alkali resistance and tensile strength, making it suitable for environments with complex acidic or alkaline conditions; the latter offers excellent weather resistance, making it suitable for environments with continuous UV exposure. In addition, Sichuan Zhonglong uses 100% virgin raw materials in production to ensure long-term performance and durability.

Regarding dimensions and transportation, Zhonglong staple fiber geotextiles can reach a maximum width of 6m and the length ranges from 50m to 200m (customization available). For international shipping, we typically use a width of 5.8m, and the plan of loading into a 40'HQ container can achieve the maximum loading quantity.
