Important Notice: Exchange Rate and Chinese New Year Logistics on Orders
Dear Clients,
To assist you in better planning your project procurement and logistics arrangements, we hereby inform you of two important recent developments that may affect product pricing and shipping.
1. Exchange Rate Fluctuations and Product Pricing
Since December of last year, the RMB/USD exchange rate has been on a sustained downward trend (from approximately 7.1 to around 6.9 recently). As a result, our product prices will be adjusted accordingly in response to exchange rate movements. We recommend planning your procurement in advance based on your project timeline to mitigate potential cost impacts from currency fluctuations.

2. Logistics Arrangements and Cost Implications Around Chinese New Year(Feb. 15th ~ Feb. 23th)
The Chinese New Year is the most important traditional holiday in China, during which the logistics chain will undergo temporary adjustments as outlined below:
- Pre-Chinese New Year (from now until the holiday period): Inland transportation and port operations in China will gradually slow down due to the holiday, potentially reducing shipping efficiency. Inland transport costs are expected to increase accordingly.
- Post-Chinese New Year (from the end of the holiday until the early March): After the holiday, containers at ports will be shipped out in concentrated batches according to orders, which may lead to tight vessel schedules and corresponding increases in ocean freight rates. Inland transportation is expected to gradually eturn to normal as operations fully resume after the holiday.
- Overall Impact Estimate: In summary, total shipping costs around the Chinese New Year period may be approximately 20%-30% higher than usual. We advise arranging your shipment schedule in advance based on your actual project timeline and notifying us promptly so that we can coordinate the optimal logistics solution for you.

3. Product Quality and Third-Party Testing Reminder
All our products are manufactured in strict compliance with national and industry standards, ensuring consistent and reliable quality. If you require third-party testing reports, please inform us in advance so that we can coordinate with relevant agencies to avoid delays in testing or documentation due to the holiday period.

We will continue to monitor exchange rate and logistics market developments and strive to provide our clients with optimal procurement and shipping solutions. If you have any questions or require further assistance regarding recent purchases, please feel free to contact our sales department.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
