How to Choose the Specifications of Cement Mat?
Cement mats, also known as geosynthetic cementitious composite Mat, are a type of prefabricated concrete material that can harden rapidly through hydration reaction. They are widely used for seepage prevention in canal impermeability and slope protection, and are a new eco-friendly geosynthetic material.
Many customers are often confused when choosing, not knowing how to determine their needed specification. If you have the same doubts, please refer to the following standards:
Production specifications of Zhonglong cement mat (before hardening):
Thickness range: 5-15 mm
Unit area weight: 5-12 kg/m²
Width range: 1-4 m
Length range: Standard 9-10 m/roll (can be customized, but too long is difficult to transport and construct)
Purchasing unit reference: Unit area weight (kg/m²). The higher kg/m² value means the more material per square meter, which also means the finished product is thicker and has higher compressive strength.
