Composite Geomembrane consists of geomembrane and geotextile, which possesses their both advantages such as good impermeability and elongation from geomembrane while geotextile offers excellent drainage and protection. Combined with these feature, composite geomembrane demonstrates great performance as the waterproof liner in most engineering scenarios, providing a strong seepage protection for dams, ponds and related projects.

Characteristics of Composite Geomembrane

1. New impermeable material:

Composite geomembrane is made of non-woven fabric base material and polyethylene film material, and is produced by calendering method.

2. Excellent performance:

Composite geomembrane effectively blocks the leakage and withstands the water pressure for its tensile strength and elongation, adapting to the dam deformation. Besides, its reverse filtration capability can prevent particle migration, keeping ground base stable.

3. Enhanced friction stability:

The combined material improves the friction coefficient of the contact surface through the texture of the geotextile, and improves the stability of the protective layer.

4. Corrosion resistance:

The material is resistant to bacteria and chemical reactions, and can resist acid, alkali, salt and other corrosion.
